Luisa Diaz is a fully qualified counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She was just opening her own private practice in North London when covid-19 struck - forcing her to adapt her plans and change to more remote therapy. Luisa joins Mark to talk how lockdown can affect many people's mental health and about the challenges facing her own business.
